Return Policy

All* of our in-store items are backed with a 30-day warranty** and a 5-day return time. This is applied on the date of purchase, or in advance (per request) upon gift receipt.

**Covers manufacturer defects only - does not cover impact damage, water damage, etc.

Cash refunds may be issued by check.

Layaway Agreement

Layaway is not to exceed term limits of thirty (30) days from start date. If merchandise is not paid for at the end of the agreed upon limit, the merchandise will be restocked and the customer forfeits 20% of the purchase price of the item(s). All merchandise is subject to sales tax.

Management is not responsible for typographical errors.

Listings are in the condition we have notated, checked and tested to the best of our ability.

If you spot a problem with one of our items, we apologize in advance.

Please let us know before opening a case, leaving negative feedback, or stating that something is not as described.
We will make sure that you are 100% happy by either offering a replacement, discount, partial or full refund.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) of cleared payment.

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

We can ship via FedEx or UPS by request.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS & CUSTOMS DUTIES

We will not declare items of a lesser value to avoid taxes, fees, or custom duties.
We are not responsible for any customs duties levied. Please do not leave negative feedback because taxes had to be paid.

RETURNS

We offer free returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

Please contact us in regards to returning an item, or by opening a return case through eBay.
Please note that all items are eligible for a 25% restocking fee upon inspection.
Original shipping will not be included unless the item is defective.
