Where are you located?

 We are located at 20011 Carlysle St. at the corner of Outer Dr. and Pelham Rd. in west Dearborn. A popular landmark is the CVS on Outer Dr; we are located right behind the building.

Do you do repairs?

No. We do not repair equipment.

Do you rent equipment?

We do not offer rentals on our inventory.

Can you provide an over-the-phone quote?

We understand that you would like to get a rough estimate on what your gear is worth, however we do not provide over-the-phone quotes. All incoming items must be inspected in-store for truest, accurate pricing.

Do you offer consignment sales?

We do not offer selling items under consignment.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes. We offer 30-day layaway on our in-store items.

Layaway is not to exceed term limits of thirty (30) days from start date. If merchandise is not paid for at the end of the agreed upon limit, the merchandise will be restocked and the customer forfeits 20% of the purchase price of the item(s). All merchandise is subject to sales tax.

Management is not responsible for typographical errors.

What’s your return policy?

All* of our in-store items are backed with a 30-day warranty** and a 5-day return time. This is applied on the date of purchase, or in advance (per request) upon gift receipt.
